Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 Strong in Technology Hiring.
 Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
 Closely collaborate with managers to define required skills and backgrounds for open positions, create assessment and interview schedules and seamlessly manage coordination.
 Work on different sourcing strategies & build a strong pipeline of candidates.
 Manage end to end hiring process from Source, scout, screen, and recruit the best talent
 Enhance the portal utilization by posting jobs in a way to attract aspiring candidates
 Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
 Tech recruiter will execute talent acquisition strategies to identify, attract and hire high-quality talent for the business with shortest turn around time for closures.
 Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements
 Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
 Prepare monthly Recruitment Scorecard.
