Position: Recruiter (APAC)
Education:Graduatesin any stream /PG
CTC: 1 LPA - 2.25 LPA
Experience should have relevant years of experience into APAC(technical/Non technical) hiring industry.
Responsible to understand and analyse the requirements indifferent technical skill set categories.
Screening, shortlisting, negotiation and coordinating with therecruitment process.
Should be responsible in handling the end to end recruitingprocess.
Handling emails, cold calling, arranging interviews, follow-upsetc.
Willing to take challenges in the recruitment & closing theresources in time.
Technical recruitment should be a passion and should have builtdifferent new technical competencies during their
Creative sourcing methods like Linked-In, Codathons, meetups,internal database, referrals, head-hunting, networking, Tech Blogsetc.
Aggressive and talented professionals with excellent communicationskills. Should be available to join sooner upon selection.
