Job Description

QA Tech Support
Work Location: NOIDA
Experience: Min 3+ years in IT
Role & Responsibility:
The person should be responsible for Quality Assurance Processes and Testing Cycles; work closely with the Product development and Release management team. The person should continuously contribute to improve the QA processes and should be able to implement best QA practices.
·         Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
·         Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and de ts, and Procedures
·         Bring in Test Automation wherever possible
·         Knowledge of below are required:
o    Project management software
o    Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
o    Test management tools (JIRA, Redmine, Bugzilla)
o    Hands on experience in Manual testing , Mobile/Web testing
o    Good knowledge of SQL database
o    Hands on into API testing (Postman tool)
·         Assist and guide the QA team in creating and evolving the QA artifacts like:
o    Test Plan
o    Test Scenarios
o    Test Cases
o    Test Records
o    Requirements-Test Traceability Matrix (ensuring full requirements coverage) 
o    Test Automation Suggestions
