Leading Global MNC operating in over 40 countries and it is the world's largest set up in CRM/ Loyalty / Direct Marketing & Channel Marketing Programme. The client is a world leader in the Loyalty program, Employee benefit, & REWARD Mgt Business. It is a Global MNC Head-quatered in France with with operations in India, UK, US, Middle east & other european countries across the globe.

The JOB DESCRIPTION is as follows -

1) CLIENT - Global MNC

2) POSITION - Sr. Executive / Executive - Purchase ( CONTRACTUAL MIN 6 MONTHS)

3) JOB LOCATION - Thane( Majiwade)

4) 5 Days week(corporate day shift - 10am to 7pm)

5) Experience - 1 to 3 years

6) Qualification - Engineer Graduate

7) Joining- Maximum 15 days

THE JD IS AS FOLLOWS-

Job Role Vision :

Key Result Areas -

-Product development & Inventory management:

-Planning product ranges and preparing stock plans in conjunction with procurement team (buyers).

-Maintaining a comprehensive library of appropriate data.(Item master with 1500 live products)

-Interacting with Customer service team ,to quote best possible rates for contests

-Analyzing every aspect of the best and worst seller and reengineer the client catalogue based on the analysis.

-Working out profitable delivery modes with warehouse and logistics team..

-Effective catalogue management, thus ensuring best sellers at good price points are fully potentialised

-Maintaining documents on Vendor contracts

-Coordinating with procurement and Ware House to do periodic vendor evaluation.

-To coordinate with internal auditors to check the process flow of purchase department.

-Monitoring slow sellers.

-Taking action to reduce prices or set
promotions as required.

-Identifying products and supply difficulties and dealing with them when they occur. (Catalogue managed efficiently to ensure 100% procurement in stipulated time).

-Designing and working on Points plus pay catalogue and developing “white label products†to be marketed through this portal.

Vendor Management:

-To interact and get best possible support in form of pricing and supplies from vendors.

-To ensure maximum win ratio for tactical through effective pricing and introducing innovative products.


-Increase vendor base that will support for pricing to bid effectively for contests
Effective vendor analysis, before selecting range of products from them.

AND

-Managing, supervising and training staff.
Special Requirements for Position: -

-Experience in Retail industry or online portals in a senior merchandising/category management role with medium and large companies.

ust possess capability to think through any situation logically and should be able to develop and implement clear and effective solutions.
