Inviting applications for the role of Support Manager - Technical Lead!
In this role, the Teach lead will take part in RPA production bot maintenance, enhancement, and support activities for Robotics solutions, meet the Incident SLA, and work as per defined Support process & Practices.
Responsibilities
. Guiding and Mentoring team in problem handling, troubleshooting, following standards and Industry best practices
. Leading discussions with the client, vendor, and other stakeholders
. Presenting appropriate support models for new transitions.
. Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
. Problem-solving issues that arise in day to day running of RA processes and ensuring adherence to predefined SLAs and proper communications to the clients
. Coordination with RPA tool vendor for tool-related issues, Patch application, and version upgrades
. Drive continuous improvement within the support space and build a Support knowledgebase
. Working with customers in different time zones (e.g. US)
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
. Experience in front ending client-facing discussions and interfacing with Client Business, IT, and Architecture teams
. Should have led a project as a tech lead or Architect in RPA space, involving at least one of the market-leading automation products, i.e. Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UI Path, etc.
. Experience in RPA tools like AA, BP or UIPath
. Understanding of support operations and required tools for control and information security.
. Experience in managing support operations and multi-location teams in shifts
. Good communication and customer support skills
. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network topologies, and virtual server/desktop environment
Preferred qualifications
. Certification in leading RPA Products e.g. Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism, UiPath certifications
. Hands-on experience in any programming language like java/.net
. VB script and Macro experience
. PMP/Prince2
. ITIL
