About the team:
The function will support Quality Assurance, Testing and Audit for Contact Center & Backoffice Services. The function acts as an independent voice for quality assurance in operations, process automation enablement, release testing & governance and support readiness for Audit & Compliance, for both internal & external stakeholders.
What you will be doing:
As Project Management Specialist, this profile will act as a Compliance Lead in Fraud, Disputes & Chargebacks and help offset out single point of failure resource in Chargeback and Dispute space.
  • Independent process audit & compliance verification
  • Responsible for all aspects of assigned technical projects. Projects may be focused on development of new or upgraded products and services.
  • Internal information system-specific projects that may involve development or enhancement of internal applications, technology integration and/or infrastructure environment build-out.
  • Project delivery by service teams for outsourced solutions to external clients or delivery of new or enhanced products and/or services to improve customer satisfaction through use of technology.
  • Leading issue mitigation for operational breaks, identify root cause, make recommendations for future prevention, provide governance to ensure remediation and improvements.
  • Partner with other functions including Engineering, Operations, BPO, Compliance to identify and mitigate cross business risks.
  • Facilitate project teams in closure of verification gaps
  • Ensure readiness of internal and external clients for any Audits & Compliance review with metrics
  • Reporting and escalation of major, unresolved and recurring Non-Conformances
  • Provide inputs to business for process improvement opportunities
  • Generate and report QCA related metrics and share the status review with senior Leaders in management
  • Oversees key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis
  • Adjusting audit program and focusing according to the business needs and applicable requirements
  • Other related duties assigned as needed

What you bring:
  • 15+ years of industry experience with 8+ years of experience in a product-based company, with experience in Quality relevant field and project management experience.
  • Understanding of payment card networks (Issuer, Acquirer, ISO, TPO etc..) and PIN network.
  • In dept understanding of various international card schemes and how they work including settlement, charge back, dispute management, fraud management and also compliance requirements for various brands.
  • Experience on banking / payment regulations for different geographies.
  • Experience on regulations such as Reg E, Reg Z, EBA, GLBA, PCI DSS, Federal banking laws and regulations.
  • Experience on monitoring, implementing & evaluating security controls as per regulatory guidelines (PCI DSS, PCI PIN, VISA PIN Security, PA DSS, P2PE, ISO 27001, FFICE, SOX)
  • Experience on eternal audits such as PCI DSS, PCI PIN, P2PE, PA DSS, VISA PIN Security.
  • Experience on driving continues compliance to policies and policy exception through risk management process
  • Experience on working with customers/merchants for various compliance requirements and act as a SPOC for getting all non-conformities closed.
  • Considerable knowledge and qualification in company\u2019s standard processes and one or more best practices quality approaches, e.g., CMMI, ISO, six sigma, total quality measurement
  • Thorough knowledge and experience conducting risk analyses, quality assessments, audits and/or studies and implementing successful process improvement programs
  • Considerable knowledge of the basic principles, processes, phases and roles of application development methodologies and software development life cycles (SDLC)
  • Considerable knowledge of the software applications, business operations and processes used within the division
  • Should be good at problem solving and debugging with good analytical skills
  • Ability to succeed in an agile work environment where cross-functional teams work closely together to ensure requirements are met or exceeded
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English), proactive communication, proven technical ability and demonstrable clarity of thought
  • Extremely self-driven, motivated, entrepreneurship attitude and result driven
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and carry out assignments that are sensitive in nature.
