Position Overview
A part of the Intra Group Management (IGM), the Intra-Group Contract Management (IGCM) Team is a global support team with the primary objective of supporting the contractual framework requirements of DB entities and its branches by drafting intra group agreements, uploading in central repository and maintaining the database.
IGCM ensures that the legal documentation is drafted in accordance with the Vendor Risk Management/Intra Group Outsourcing (VRM/IGO) requirements in a consistent, timely and accurate manner, uploaded in a central repository and reviewed on a periodic basis. This will include various documents such as service schedules and service level agreements that are unique to the regulatory requirements of the specific country.

Your key responsibilities
  • Manage stakeholders – business units of DB group, and ensure timely response and resolution of their requests
  • Manage operation such that all the guidelines and policies are observed as laid down by the risk controlling functions i.e. legal, compliance, non-financial risk, group data protection, living wills, third party management etc.
  • Organise and manage data, produced through collaboration with multiple IGM teams and produce specific analysis upon request
  • Act as back-up for the day to day deliverables to the management and business units
  • Develop thorough understanding of different contractual framework within the bank
  • Gain expertise around Deutsche Bank contractual framework and regulatory requirements related to US/Non US jurisdictions to ensure 100% adherence
  • Ensure all internal contracts are validated and meta data are captured accurately while uploading the contract on the tool
  • Accurate and timely reporting as per the defined SLAs
  • Analyze challenges on ground and provide solutions for seamless execution including implementation

Your skills and experience
  • Minimum 10-14 years of industry experience in Operations Management / Transition Management / Transformation or similar domains
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Candidate should be a highly motivated individual who has the ability to take ownership, work autonomously, as well as part of a team and under time restraints
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Working exposure with senior management would be a good advantage
  • Ability to develop relationships with key customers
  • Having knowledge of Application development / VB Script / Macros would be an added advantage
