As a programmatic manager, you will manage the end-to-end experience of our programmatic partners which are DSP's, SSP's, Ad exchanges & Trading desks, and also work closely with select advertisers to unlock their programmatic spends. You will drive the programmatic business working closely with Sales, Strategy, Operations & Product teams to achieve advertiser goals. The programmatic manager has deep expe rtise in ad-tech & programmatic advertising and will leverage his/her expertise to grow the programmatic business. You will be passionate about understanding advertiser objectives and finding solutions to address them via training, product deep dives and product interventions. The programmatic manager will own the advertiser experience and will work closely with the advertiser to grow their programmatic business. You will be involved in both advertiser interactions as well as influencing internal stakeholders.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    Work closely with key ad-tech & programmatic partners including but not limited to - DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, Ad Exchanges, 3rd party Ad Servers & Trading Desks
  • Own the end-to-end experience of our programmatic partners including - Evaluating, Onboarding, Operationalising, Optimizing & Scaling
  • Drive efficiencies with programmatic partners based on advertiser needs by providing recommendations and troubleshoot ing support when needed
  • Work closely with Sales teams and advertisers to understand business objectives and deliver on them via programmatic solutions and appropriate tactics
  • Work closely with programmatic partners to oversee the launch & execution of
  • Work closely with internal product and tech teams to scale and drive efficiencies in the programmatic business
  • Drive the development of processes, documents, and checklists to ensure operational efficiency among new and existing advertisers as well as programmatic partners
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify improvement areas & root causes
  • Build industry expertise and become a trusted advisor within the organization on programmatic solutions
    • 7+ years experience in Online media, Ad-Tech, or Programmatic business
    • High degree of ownership and bias for action
    • Proven history of delivering on client and advertiser goals
    • Exp experience in media planning, understanding programmatic media, ad serving, digital attribution, and media analytics
    • Experience in working with Ad Tech Partners like DSPs (DV 360, TTD, Mediamath, Amazon, etc), SSPs (Magnite , Pubmatic, InMobi, etc)
    • Problem-solving through product & process interventions
    • Attention to detail while multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment
