Job Description

Amazon is seeking a candidate to identify, develop and integrate innovative solutions and programs that lead to improvements that redefine the standards for customer experience in our North American transportation network. Amazon transportation encompasses all of the operations that deliver shipments from our fulfillment centers and third party locations to customers worldwide.
As a Program Manager on the Trans Initiatives Team, you will focus on delivering a medium-term planning to be used by all Transportation Stakeholders across the North American transportation network.
· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation Logistics, or related field
· 3+ years of experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, or transportation or equivalent professional or military experience
· Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs
· Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and optimizing initiatives
· Experience with data mining and data analysis
· Experience with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
· Experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau or Microsoft Access
· Masters degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation
· Proficiency in Data management systems, CRM and Business Intelligence tools: Tableau, Project Portfolio management tools, Salesforce, SharePoint development, MS SQL, MS Visio, etc
· Experience in designing, implementing, and launching of technical, large scale, complex
· projects
· Project management experience with medium- or large-scale projects
· Experience working as Program Manager for fulfillment, warehouse, distribution, delivery stations
· Expertise in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other OE tools
