We are part of the Azure engineering organization and consider great customer experiences critical to the overall success of Azure. Our team builds the AzureNetworkPlatformandservices like AzureVirtual Network, Azure VPN, Azure Firewall, Azure PrivateLink,and other customer facingnetwork and network securityservices. We create, define, and lead product offerings that set our customers up for success, empower them to solve problems, and ensure they have a phenomenal experience.

Responsibilities
We are looking for a program manager to lead our efforts to design and implement the next generation ofnetworksecurityservicesfor Azure. You will be responsible forcoming up with vision, strategy, roadmap for products and services through research, customer & industry connect.You will use your knowledge ofnetwork securityand software development to devise solutions that enhancesecurity postureof ourproducts and servicesandfulfilour customer promises to safeguard their sensitive data. You will use your leadership and organizational skills to communicate requirements and drive implementation across themany teams.
In this visiblerole,you will across the Azure organization to respond to emerging threats, identify areas of risk, and drive alignment acrossteamboundaries. The scope of responsibilities includes:
    Developing and implementingnetworksecurityproduct features/componentsto modernize azure cloud security.Connecting with customers and other product teamsto identify requirements and opportunities to scaleassignednetworksecurity features across the platformDeveloping afeatureroadmap for improving Azure security posture.Working withsenior program managers& leadersto create and maintain strategic alignment
    Engaging with engineering teams across AzureCoreto align on dependencies and co-innovationMeasuring and reporting on the success of the problem space through relevant metrics and KPIsPartnering with engineering to deliver impactful and innovative technologies

Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
    2+ years of program management experienceand overall6+yearsofexperience,where your primary responsibilities directly involvednetworksecurity and/or driving& developingchange in large-scale software products and systems.Deep knowledge ofnetworking and application, host, platform and networksecurity concepts andimplementation(e.g.Firewalls,IPS/IDS, access control,routing, WAN, tunnelling, NAT, encryption, protocols (TLS, SSH…))

Preferred qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field.Additionally, having abusinessdegree will be an advantage.Ability to concisely frame problems,conceptualizesimple solutions, and make decisions based on data and metricsThe ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment, make quick decisions and understand the consequences.
    Exceptional collaboration and communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to clearly communicate business problems and complex technical issues to a broad audienceExperience building strong working relationships with, collaborating with, and influencing diverse cross-functionaland cross-geoteams (engineering,support, marketing, etc.). Drive change without authority across groupsExperience with dataanalysis. IncludingExcel, Power Pivot, Power BI,Kusto (Azure Data Explorer),andSQLSets and holds teams to high-quality deliverables without explicit authority.Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming customer needs into an actionable product requirements definition.
    CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CCIEor equivalent certificationA knowledge of regulatory / compliance requirements. (e.g.GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)Strong technical background or hands-on experience in software developmentPassionate about helping customers and identifying the solution that delivers the most impact to their business.Self-starter that thrives in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with proven track record of delivering on commitments.
    Thrives in team-based work, performs well in high-intensity environments, and is willing to roll up their sleeves to get things done for customers.
