We are looking for a Storefront Marketing Project Manager - TVOD to focus on storefront merchandising and campaign launches, and identify and build operational improvements. Within the marketing space, this individual would regularly coordinate with colleagues in Seattle, WA to conceptualize and build best-in-class experiences that support the purchasable video on demand vertical within Amazon Prime Video.
This marketer would own delivering the execution of the TVOD launch calendar on Amazon Prime Video. This work includes coordination with multiple internal teams, conceptualizing and building best-in-class customer facing experiences, and inventing processes to facilitate workflow improvements. The successful candidate is able to work independently, meet firm deadlines, learn quickly and easily adapt to change, show strong creativity, and communicate be able to influence employees at all levels and functions of the organization. They will need to become a product expert on our internal scheduling tools and advise Seattle stakeholders on merchandizing solutions. They need to be ability to problem solve autonomously. They must have strong ownership ensuring that store merchandizing is always flawlessly executed and provides the best in class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Include:
· Deep understanding of the Prime Video business strategy and nuance behind the decisions. Considers the holistic customer experience in addition to singular launches.
· Ability to conceptualize and execute go to market campaigns using internal tooling systems, for Prime Video Cinema, Prime Member Deals, and newly released TV and movie launches.
· Coordinating with multiple teams in Seattle, WA for CX ideation and scheduling.
· Operating internal software tools to access, place, build customer facing experiences.
· Ability to troubleshoot errors and sanity check as needed.
· Willing to work on flexible working hours and provide on-call support when required.
· Meticulous eye for detail, capable of catching issues prior to launch and troubleshooting where necessary.
· Ability to meet firm deadlines for launches, and know when to escalate.
Basic Qualifications :
· 2+ years experience in program or project management
· 4+ years of relevant work experience in marketing
· Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization/time management and problem solving skills
· Experience in marketing roles requiring content management systems, data analysis, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration
· Experience building and improving engaging customer facing experiences.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong presentation and public speaking skills
· Excellent analytical skills; proficient in Excel
· Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Preferred Qualifications :
· Ability to dive deep into issues and build solutions.
· Capable of leading team members on new processes and learnings.
