Key job responsibilities
The CMT L&D team is seeking a Program Manager to manage and develop scalable, innovative learning solutions for 4000+ employees in India. The responsibilities include but are not limited to building short- and long-term learning strategies, building awareness of L&D program offerings, communicating program improvements and updates, conducting needs analysis, collaborating with stakeholders and business leaders, and working with instructional designers and subject matter experts to develop or modify programs that impact our business. Building strong working relationships with leaders and key stakeholder groups both face to face (or virtually) and across geographies, the Learning Program Manager will continually dive deep to understand the learning needs, use data and insights into the business to identify learning methods, materials or technology that will enhance the learning experience.

A day in the life
A day in the life of learning program manager
. In partnership with instructional designers, use data, anecdotes and stakeholder inputs to conduct needs analysis that identifies the key behaviors, knowledge, and capabilities our leaders need to develop.
. Lead end-to-end learning program management including content management, implementation, communication, analytics and reporting.
. Continuously measure and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of learning solutions work with instructional designers to revise content/modality to address specific feedback, as needed.
. Proactively drive change and continuous development explore new learning solutions that support leaders to accelerate developing their knowledge and capabilities in pursuit of business outcomes and/or goals.
. Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional business partners at all levels, to roll-out scalable training solutions around leadership development and manager capabilities.
. Collect, analyze, and communicate learning program metrics to measure the performance and impact of programs.

Basic Qualifications :
. 8+ years of experience in a training role assessing learning gaps, designing and developing solutions, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs
. Analytical thinking for translating data into informative reports and visuals.
. Must have great communication skills (written and verbal)
. Knowledge of people development and coaching frameworks
. Experience in project management and budgeting
. Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Preferred Qualifications :
. Program management experience, including defining program roadmaps and phases for large-scale change, planning projects and change, working with business stakeholders to plan and execute effectively, communicating transparently through status reports and meetings, and building mechanisms to monitor quality post-launch.
. Experience managing and improving learning programs, including managing registration on LMS, attendance, and completion experiences, learning experience design and support, coordinating learning development and delivery, and monitoring quality through reporting and monthly business reviews.
. Experience applying a continuous improvement approach to program and project delivery, e.g. Lean, Six Sigma etc.
. Experience producing reports and business reviews that leverage data, insights, and anecdotes to engage leaders and make decisions quickly.
. Experience defining, designing, and delivering reporting on key performance metrics for a learning program, e.g. attendance, evaluations, and assessments.
. Knowledge on Quick Sight and any other PM tool
. Experience leading projects through influence and impact within a team
