Transparency represents an incredible opportunity to raise retail industry standards around authenticity, product transparency, and supply chain tracking. Transparency is a strategic new software-as-a-service launched by Amazon for the global consumer goods industry. We are focused on building a global service which allows consumer brands and consumers to trace the origin of items throughout the supply chain ensuring only authentic items enter the supply chain. The Transparency service is focused on preventing the receipt and sale of counterfeit goods both online and offline. Our customers include individual consumer brands who sell both on and off of Amazon direct and through a network of direct and third-party sellers.
In this highly collaborative role, the program manager will establish new standards and engagement guidelines to improve the Transparency experience on Amazon. You will be responsible for identifying process gaps, building efficiencies with a primary goal of scaling Transparency in India. As an advocate for the program, you will be an essential part of a testing mechanism, where we will iterate, learn and eventually scale experiences that will provide the perfect support experience for our Brands. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of products, processes and tools to address product integrity challenges in collaboration with teams across Amazon. This role will also drive predictability in reporting and analyzing business trends as well as participating in strategic planning for the business across the entire Transparency business. The ideal candidate has broad technical skills, strong financial acumen and a deep analytic background to assist the Transparency Business teams in creating efficiency, assessing performance and reporting & delivering results.
This position is new to the Transparency organization at a time where our business is in its initial high growth phase. As such, many of the functions required for the owner to be successful will require invention by the Program Manager. The position will assist the Business Team in evaluating processes in the Sales and Account Management function and improving mechanisms to maximize enrollment, including identifying key tracking metrics, building dashboards and data pipelines. The Program Manager will work with the development team and product management team to consolidate all business metrics reporting under one owner.
This individual will need to collaborate effectively with internal end-users and cross-functional data teams to solve problems, implement new reporting solutions, and deliver successfully against high standards. A successful individual is a person that has a proven work ethic that drives the desired results. This is a hands-on position - the ideal candidate must be willing to roll up the sleeves. This role has a high degree of ownership and must be able to create and defend methodologies for defining success metrics as well as enabling stakeholders to use reporting tools to assist in running their team.
This position will work with the several stakeholders across the Transparency Business Team. The individual must have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical business units, as well as across other geographies.

Basic Qualifications :
· Bachelor’s degree
· 5+ years of program or account management experience
· Proven experience designing and executing processes in ambiguous environments
· Demonstrated experience managing wide range of stakeholders across all levels of leadership
· Strong analytical skills that can be used to identify patterns, outliers and opportunities
Preferred Qualifications :
· MBA degree or Master’s in a related field
· Six Sigma and/or project management
· Experience creating and executing business plans
· Knowledge of SQL and Tableau
