Job Description: Program Management Specialist I
This position will be responsible for operational excellence/ ISC Analytics activities related to the Supplier Development Engg (SDE) and reporting to Sr Manager - Supplier Development Engg. The position works closely with:
  • Global Supplier Development team's activities
  • Working with Supplier Development Opex team for process automations

Specific responsibilities of this position include:
  • Working with Supplier Development team globally for SDE process automations, web based tool development, projected automations etc.
  • Review of assigned supplier performance metrics and work with respective supplier development engineer for improvement.
  • Leadership presentations and status reporting as per established MOS.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in engineering/computer science, business or equivalent.
  • Candidate must possess at least 1-3 years or greater overall working a professional, business environment
  • Candidates with at least 1-3 years in a quality assurance/ supply chain role in operational excellence (Data Analytics).
  • Must have experience on developing web-based tools using, SQL server
  • Experience on using programming skills like Jquery, Javascript, bootstrap, MVC
  • Candidate must have strong presentation skills and should have experience in presenting to leadership/ partners.
  • Experience in advanced .net and SQL programming (must to have)
  • Candidate must have excellent communication skills and experience working with US based clients.

The applicant must possess a strong problem-solving mindset using creative, innovative solutions. Must be able to communicate clearly with clients to understand requirements, but then work independently with little direction to achieve the deliverables.
Additional Qualifications:
.Ability to understand customer requirements and translate into practical solutions and deliverables
.Experience in a SharePoint Collaboration environment a plus
.Knowledge on AI/ ML will be an added advantage
Additional Skills:
The ideal candidate would possess the following.
  • Proficient in communicating in English language with a US Based clientele, both written and verbal
  • Strong communication skills and Interpersonal skills
  • workflows. Implementing workflows for supply chain process
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter/independent worker that demonstrates initiative and sound judgment and has the ability to manage and coordinate their work with groups outside the department.
  • Self-motivated to work under minimum supervision with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks
  • Ability to work across functional lines and multitask
