Ticket, Logs Analysis, Troubleshooting
Experience on Ticket Resolving, Order completion using M&P (Methods & Procedures), Standard specifications, Guidelines, Tools, Policies etc
Collaboration with multiple stakeholders for quicker turn around. Communication, Escalation management, Oncall support skills & messaging Tools
Complete understanding of SDLC, all phases, Testing experience. Ticketing / incident/change/problem management tools, End to end software, ticket life cycle & business flow. Error/ defect handling, Prioritization & Documentation, RCA, Metrics, SLA
Basic OS Unix/Linux. Access management, Shell scripting knowledge.
Basic knowledge on Development: Java, Spring Boot, DB-SQL knowledge, Eclipse, basics of WS, API, mS, C, C++. SQL Developer. API tools, SPLUNK, SOAP UI
