Job Description



To actively engage with the customers on incoming calls,
outgoing calls, emails and resolve their concerns with respect to Practo Insurance
Plan.
Work towards providing an excellent customer experience
by going the extra mile on every interaction.
Maintain overall customer satisfaction levels to ensure a
continuous relationship with Practo.
Ensure complete documentation of all activities
undertaken with respect to the ticket or call log.
Adhere to the defined Process.
Must have Excellent Communication.
Must have Basic Computer knowledge - MS office tools and
Google spreadsheets are a plus.
Good to have experience in a customer facing environment.
Good to have exposure in Insurance Sales and Servicing
