About the team
The Kiodex Risk Workbench is a Web-based application that provides companies, banks, and hedge funds with the critical components required to hedge and trade commodities: deal capture, valuation models, risk reporting, and back-office functionality. In addition, the Kiodex Risk Workbench has integrated FAS 133 and IAS 39 modules. Kiodex also offers over 125 forward curves in the crude, natural gas, refined products, power and metal markets, used by many energy companies for compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley.
This position works with top investment banks, Brokers, traders, portfolio managers etc for order management system.
What you bring:
Plan and manage application issues and client delivery activities for an assigned application portfolio that may include small and simple software applications, moderately complex software applications or components of large and complex software applications
Experience u2013 2 to 5 years
General Duties & Responsibilities:
o Provide level 2 Application Support
oBasic knowledge of Python
o Manage incidents, provide technical assistance and handle escalations.
o Track all cases to a successful resolution.
o Technical Support: qualify issues, perform initial investigation and attempt resolution.
o Implement and support Production Change requests.
o Analyze server side component logs to ascertain the issue.
o Liaise with development team to get fix for critical issues.
o The position involves working in early shift/day shift/night shift apart from normal working hours, with applicable shift allowance and transport facility.
o Provide level 1 and 2 Support: Both email and telephonic. Mailbox management, ticket logging, Assignment, Update and validation.

Education Requirements:
Bacheloru2019s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
