Job Description

Job role :

Take ownership and drive ongoing improvement in the two major product segments of
the company - (1) mobile app used by external customers, and (2) software used by
internal employees
Gain a deep understanding of user experience (internal and external), identify and fill
product gaps, and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and drive
efficiency (for internal users), and incorporate into product design and functionality
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and user impact
Keep abreast of latest technological developments and continuously incorporate newer
elements in product functionality after discussion with business teams
Work with the software development team to (1) architect and define the necessary
technical solutions, (2) create a development work plan, and (2) ensure efficient and
timely execution of development work

Requirements :
Work experience in product management is preferred, with a track record of managing all
aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
Ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to
executive management
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software
development and web and mobile technologies
Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
