Job Description
• Enhancing the digital footprint at NKT – enabling game changers supporting organizational efficiencies through automation and simplification
• Driving the e-Procurement agenda by partnering with the CLs, CMs and PMs and providing subject matter expertise e-Tendering and e-Auctions
• Business Intelligence – Establishing Procurement Cockpits and create transparency & visibility of core Procurement KPIs in the areas of SPM, Visual Project Management, WeProcure – digitized operational procurement view
• IoT, ML, AI – Creating factory efficiencies by using analytics capabilities and ensuring ground level impact where it matters – business cases to be developed and realized with time
Data Analytics
• Data driven decision making – able to interpret data and apply business understanding to drive analytical inferences and recommendations
• Spend analytics – an ambition to establish touch-less process from data extraction to automated classification
• MDM - maintenance of the internal procurement taxonomy and coordinating updates across the organization – data classification, re-classification and maintenance of the classification codes
• Procurement@Finance - Supporting analytics providing transparency across procurement and finance by building cost models tracking COGS for specific products and tracking the purchase price variance across identified materials
• TCOs/ Should-costs – work together with the category managers and design TCOs supporting complex initiatives
• Enthusiastic and open to learn and drive changes – benefitting the world of analytics
• Demonstrate strong customer service focus and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers
• Ability to interpret large amounts of internal and external data
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Key skills – MS Excel, MS Access, SQL, ETL tools, BI tools, SAP Ariba, Secondary market research (preferred)
Education:
• Masters/ Degree in Business/ Finance/ Accounting/ Economics or equivalent education
• Specialization in supply chain or procurement
