Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Timely closure of induction training batches and adherence to OJT login and publishing of reports
Monthly PKT rollout for the agents & support staff
Adherence of signed COC for all inducted employees
Partner Training Calendar rollout out
Ensure Monthly Call audits are conducted by trainers and reports shared with the line/training team
M1 - M3 training conducted and productivity mapped
Coordinate & work closely with the line team to identify and bridge gaps
TNI training to be mapped with pre and post-performance report
Trainer session evaluation on the correctness of product/process delivery in a training
Maintain all MIS & reports as per requirement
Consolidation of training data - Induction/Refreshers/TNI/NPI
Soft skills/ facilitation workshops conducted for trainers
**Interview Process:
Telephonic/ WebEx Interview with Team Managers
Technical Test
Presentation Round
Telephonic Interview with SSDM/BL
HR Interview


The candidate should ideally have 3-5 years of work experience as a trainer on papers. preferably from Sales, Collection ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO, Customer Service training background.
Good command of English Language and writing skills.
Flexible to work in any shifts given including fixed night shifts whenever required
Experience in training deliverables in insurance domain is an added advantage.
Age Less then 35.
