Process Optimization Manager Candidate expectation Graduate/Post Graduate in Finance or Accounting (accounting principles and operational processes) At least 10 - 12 years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting (preferably in project management, process transformation and process optimization etc.) Meticulousness, analytical and attentiveness to detail Must have prior experience in handling large transformation projects, process standardization, and change management processes. Hands on experience in handling SOP optimization projects In depth knowledge on the F&R, OTC and PTP processes Knowledge and hands on experience in General Accounting and key finance related concepts Ability to work on stringent timelines and capable to deal in ambiguity situations JD Providing an effective service on behalf of the Organization to clients finance, legal and statutory requirements, agreed company processes and Service Level Agreements. Write/review the standard operating procedures (SOP) for different processes which includes Finance and Reporting (F&R), Order to Cash (OTC) and Procure to Pay (PTP) Optimize and standardize the existing SOPs by implementing the standardized approach across the Geozones and processes Ensure all the SOPs are up to date by effectively implementing the appropriate change management process Effectively communicate issues with internal and external stakeholders, build constructive relationships with offshore teams Focus on the continuous improvement opportunities, come up with process improvements & optimization ideas and collaborate with the team leader / Domain Solution Expert Standardize, simplify and systemize the complex processes
