The team partners with worldwide program teams to classify products and ensure Amazon's product listings follow regulatory and legal compliance guidelines. C-Ops supports regulatory compliance requirements for Amazon's worldwide programs such as Restricted Products, Dangerous Goods, Global Trade Services, Product Assurance, Food Safety and Product Safety. C-Ops has offices across India, China, Poland, Romania, Netherlands, Jordan, and Costa Rica and supports compliance related needs for worldwide Amazon marketplaces A day in the life Compliance Operations team is looking for Process Excellence Managers to lead multi-faceted global projects for our rapidly evolving programs. Job responsibilities :

. Drive transformation activities and create global and scalable end-to-end processes
. Develop processes and process improvement strategies that improve the overall quality and efficiency of operations
. Engage with technology teams and product managers to provide comprehensive and well thought through inputs to the product roadmap
. Ensure standardization of Worldwide operations

You will need excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, tactical execution, and the ability to excel in a fast paced and innovative environment. You must be able to cultivate business partnerships with professionals at all levels and across organizational and geographical boundaries to drive broad change.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
. Position requires 3+ years of successful leadership experience in project management and facilitation of large cross-functional teams in business operations and technology process improvement areas
. Working knowledge of Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques and a great desire to develop skills to an advanced level
. Facilitation experience at all levels of the organization must be comfortable addressing both large and small audiences
. Demonstrated knowledge of key business financial metrics
. Proven experience in working with large-scale technology systems
. Manage the Project schedule monitor network overall Kaizen activity, coordinating Kaizen efforts and ensuring timely financial validation
Preferred qualifications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

. Advanced degree /Master's Degree (Math, statistics, Engineering, Science, Business) from an accredited university or 5+ Years of similar experience
. MBA from a top tier B-School is a plus
. Lean/Six Sigma Black/Green Belt certification
. Advanced Excel, Basic SQL, R, Statistics, data modelling
