Amazon takes the quality of its catalog very seriously. The RBS group at Amazon provides technologies to augment and improve the catalog for the Amazon selling community. Our solutions ensure Amazon's catalog is complete, comprehensive and correct.

We are looking for experienced Program Managers to lead critical programs within our Walk the Store service offering to improve and augment the experience for catalog relationships.

As a Program Manager, you will be:
. responsible for end-to-end delivery of programs focused on business strategy, customer experience & expansions
. run deep dives and analyze key business performance metrics, identify gaps, create plans to mitigate and drive to closure
. own regular business reviews with leadership and operational teams to audit ongoing performance against key metrics and program goals
. develop new plans and roadmap to drive expansion
. drive cross functional coordination and alignment
. define new goals to measure the program success and health
. monitor and respond to customer feedback
. scope and develop programs and associated roadmaps to deliver insights and drive decision-making.

Key job responsibilities
You will need to:
. partner closely with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives aligned to team timelines.
. transition between big picture, strategic thinking and tactical, day-to-day planning and execution.
. create mechanisms to improve productivity and unblock program delivery.
. ensures critical path timelines are met, resource needs are understood and project prioritization is visible to Sr leadership
. manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and effectively influence, negotiate, and communicate with internal business partners.

. 3+ years experience in program or project management
. Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
. 3+ years experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
. 5+ years of relevant experience in Program/Product/Service Delivery management for consumer devices.
. Undergraduate CS, Engineering, Science, or Math degree or MBA.
. Experience managing programs through entire life cycle - from inception to launch.
. Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products/programs to world-wide markets.
. Ability to distill informal customer requirements into problem definitions, dealing with ambiguity and multiple goals
. Working experience as a SCRUM master
. Ability to manage and quantify improvement in customer experience or value for the business resulting from research outcomes


. Clear written and verbal communication to crisply communicate status updates
. Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple high-complexity projects
. Ability to successfully influence stakeholders without formal authority, leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
. Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems, showing a track record of making business decisions using relevant data and insights
. Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
. Experience developing and launching V1 products comfort with ambiguity and nascent markets.
. Familiarity or experience with autonomous systems, computer vision, computer learning, or mapping experience with remote sensing software.
. General manager/owner mentality, entrepreneurial drive, and proven ability to influence others.
. Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills excellent interpersonal skills.
. Analytical and quantitative skills ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop project business cases.
