our client leading engineering construction and contracting company in Saudiarabia known as INTERNATIONALJAL (www.jalint.com.sa) WellEstablished isince1986KNOWN AS, JAL International is a 100% Saudi Company and has carved a name in the Plant Maintenance, Construction, Manufacturing Business and contributed a significant part to Saudi Arabia’s industrial and infrastructural development efforts are urgently in need of PREQUALIFICATION SPECIALIST FOR THEIR ESTABLISHMENT
PRE QUALIFICATION SPECIALIST,
Bachelor Degree in Engineering /Marketing or any degree with experience justifying the engineering qualification. with min 8years experience in an industrial setting with Saudi Arbia experience preferred.

Prequalification Specialist is considered as the focal point for all Prequalification Activities.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Understand our Business –
• JAL (Mainly focus on Plant Construction, Maintenance, Shutdown Business, Local Manufacturing of Control & Protection Panels, RTU etc.).
• JACR (Maintenance Services like Catalyst Loading & Unloading, Hydro jetting etc.).
• JHR(Manpower Supply Business requirements).
2. Understand JAL PQ requirement
3. Collect and Document all PQ
4. Maintain PQ library
5. Collect Data from all Concern
6. Constant coordination with all Sales and Marketing Teams
7. Follow up all submitted PQ/RVL/AVL list
8. Identify new Project list through On Line tolls like MEED and other Online publications
9. Excellent PQ format
10. Professional PQ submission
11. Defining all possible end users, contractors and consultants.
12. Identifying key personnel
13. Keeping the customer database updated in CRM system
14. Maintain Marketing Lead
15. Update Presentation Material
16. Update Social Media links
17. Update News
18. Update and coordinate with Business Brand
19. Update JAL Principal Information
20. Performs technical presentations and promotions to customers.
21. Builds customer relationship and awareness of the company’s Business Lines.
22. Regularly update Customer Relationship Management report.
23. Responds to customer complaints and ensure relevant departments are informed and solutions applied up to customer satisfaction.
24. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys on an annual basis.
25. Review & Maintain KPI
Brand Development,Market research
Computer Literate.
Excellent Communication Skills.
DURATION : LONG TERM
SALARY RANGE : 6,000 – 7500 SAR (BASIC) + BENEFITS (no tax deduction at source) 1 SR= IRS 21
LOCATION : DAMMAM/KHOBAR
