Job Title: PCRM (Preferred Current Account RM)
OverallGoal: Current Account RMwill be responsible for
·
Acquisition of new Business Entity customers andcreating CA Book
·
Management ofAcquired Current Account customers
·
Enhancement of the relationship by cross-sellingproducts and services as per the profile & need of the these currentaccount customers
·
Deepening the of the relationship and retentionof the customers by providing the best possible services and being thededicated point of contact for these customers
·
Make RBL Bank a primary bank for customer and getmaximum wallet share
Key Result / Responsibility Areas:
a)
Acquisition of Business Entity (Current Account)customers -

Ø
Acquisition of NTB HighValue Current Accounts
Ø
NTB Acquisition ofCurrent accounts dealing in international Trade
Ø
Identify andAcquire New to Bank working capital limit customers with Trade Limits vizBuyers Credit, PCFC, LC,BG etc
Ø
Acquire New to Bankcustomer requiring Assets Limits Business Loans, Cash Management Services &Door Step Banking, API Banking and other allied Current Account services
RM will have to create his own CA book byself-sourcing, Market Visit & Industry & Area Scoping, External References& Leads.

b)

Portfolio Management -

·
Engage with Acquired customer on regular basis and ensurethat Group company and Family customers also bank with RBL Bank
·
Regularly interact with the customer to build rapport,customer profiling should be used to set customer level objectives postdiscussion branch Manager/TL. Customer interaction to be regular updated insystem provided.
·
Ensure that within each customer group aminimum number of stipulated Income Generating products are sold as per thecustomers profile and needs. RM to
Cross sellappropriate products to the customers and ensure activate usage.
·
Enhance Values within each of the customer groups byensuring that a/cs are activated
·
Cross Sell Bank Products for revenue generation andengagement
Ø
Basis customerbusiness requirement cross sell products like POS , Payment Gateway, Trade/Forex ( LC /BG/ Remittance /OD) , Doorstep Banking Services.
Ø
Cross Sell variousRBL Bank products like TPP, FD. Credit Card, Loans to customers and relatedgroup business/ family
Ø
Drive active businesstransaction through RBL bank account
Ø
Should know thecustomer's business in order to provide banking and financial solutions
Ø
Register customerfor various Direct Banking Channels of the bank
B)
Customer Services

·
Ensure quality customer service is delivered
·
Recording complaints as per the specified process
·
Resolving all complaints received from portfoliocustomers within the stipulated TAT's and ensure appropriate customercommunication on closures
·
Preventive complaint management by regularinteraction with the customers
C)
Target Achievement

·
PC- RM will be given a quarterly and yearly targeton revenue, product cross sell and book value build up
·
Basis the Target the RM will be tracked on regularbasis for achievement of the Targets
·
CA RM will be evaluated on Portfolio Score Card
·
Sales and Influencing Skills
·
Banking Product & Process Knowledge. Thecandidate should have past experience of Current Account product &processes, Trade & Forex , Door Step banking and other current accountrelated products.

Planning and Organizing Skills
·
Communication & Writing skills
·
Knowledge of Competition & Current trends infinancial Industry.
PreferredSector: BSFI
Education:Post Graduate
Experience:Above 3 years in a Current Account /Trade- Forex sales & / or relationship role in any ofthe sectors mentioned above
Reporting:CA RM will report to Branch Managers
SalaryRange: 6 - 8 Lakhs
