Job Description

Key Areas & Responsibilities: -
• Handling various operational and reporting activities at project level. Example reports and trackers include milestone tracking, information resource requests, project timelines, and monthly status reports to Global.
• Knowledge of Financial Management methodologies with full financial reporting and governance.
• Commercial awareness – P&L calculation and implementation, understanding of Financial & accounting terms like provision, accruals, writing off amounts, impacts of value injections and leakages within business models.
• Project workflow awareness – project forecast, lifecycle, budget and planning etc.
• Generate and update a commercial dashboard to evaluate the financial performance of a project (costs, profitability, WIP) and track it against the budget/forecast
• Execution of governance & reporting on programmes across dimensions of – cost, schedule, scope and RAID
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Be confident interacting and building relationships at the most senior levels
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong drive and resilience to overcome challenges or setbacks to achieve the team/project goals.
• Experienced in data analysis and reporting with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Proven ability in coordination, problem solving and time management.
• Managing project based annual software license renewals, tracking invoices, credit notes and respective accruals
• Coordinating with key stakeholders for approvals, cost forecasting and purchase alignment
• Vendor management and purchase and procurement management
• Coordinating with Global procurement team to manage statement of works, contract management
Prior Experience:
The candidate must have 4-6 years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services firm / consulting / Big 4 / Financial Industry.
Expected Skills:
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Proficient in English communication (written and oral)
• Exposure to reporting and finance processes
• Exposure to License & Subscription cost management (not a mandate but good to have)
• Exposure to Jira, Confluence, SAP HANA (good to have)
