Project life cycle management including the planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, reporting and
review of projects or parts of projects with all key stakeholders.
Management and successful delivery of project scope.
Liaison with colleagues across the Product Business Operations department to manage cross-
functional project deliverables, including but not limited to, Product Owners, Solutions Architects,
Product Managers, Release Managers, Developers and Testers.
Liaison with colleagues in other Departments to manage cross-functional project dependencies, such
as Hosted Services, Technical Testing, Support and EHIS.
Management of project risk, issues and change, including risk mitigation, escalation and reporting.
Management of project delivery including liaison with 3 rd party stakeholders e.g. NHS Digital, NWIS,
Liaising and organising inter-departmental project responsibilities scheduling and managing project
cross-functional meetings and outputs.
Management of operational issues and reporting of escalations where necessary.
Work closely with the PMO function to ensure adherence with local governance, track and report on
