  • Experience as a PMO with an IT service organization for an IT program of large 500
  • People Skills, Ability to understand complexity and nuances of a large IT engagement
  • Understanding of IT development lifecycle, various types of projects resource, loading, utilization goals
  • Ability to understand project budget tracking and reporting
  • Ability to understand contracts various legal terms and their implications
  • Excellent task management skills, Organized, Detail oriented, Good time management skills
  • Advanced ability to work on tools like MS Excel, Word Power point
  • Ability to understand data, analyse it and present it to the stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

Work expected skills:
1 Contract management : Understanding the contract and contractual obligations, Creating SOWs for programs, Tracking SOWs for status billing and closure Liaising with Legal Finance Delivery
2 Project Financials : Revenue forecast, Invoice creation, Setting up milestone based on SoW, Follow up for payment, Handle receivables
3 Administrative tasks related to the program - Team onboarding, Ad hoc data collection, Ad hoc reports,
4 Owning tracking of all action items dependencies and deviations and raising escala tions at appropriate levels when necessary .
