Role and responsibilities
You'll play a critical role in managing the rollout of an enterprise wide ecosystem which enables employees to navigate their careers and to define their development; a platform that places information into the hands of our managers and leaders to help them make critical decisions to enable the success of their teams. You'll play an active role in planning, preparing and launching multiple releases of this technology to Cisco. You will be responsible for Project and Program Governance, Data Quality & Analysis and providing support to the Technical Program Manager:
Project & Program Governance
Responsible for ensuring overarching governance structure is maintained and adhered to.
Responsible for Exec level communication including status updates with Sponsors, Exec Steering Committee, Project and Program team
Project Governance - maintain updated consolidated Project Plan (Timeline & Roadmap)
Maintain Action Item Log; Risk / Issue Log and ensure action items are followed through
Maintain & govern SSOI (Single Source of Information) for Project & Program Documentation, Templates & Processes
Create process documentation & look for opportunities for simplification
Plan Agenda, capture meeting minutes & action items for weekly Implementation Team meeting
Run weekly Stakeholder Engagement Check-in Meetings to get updates on latest deployments planned and in progress and update roadmap
Run Bi-weekly Track lead meeting - prepare status updates ahead of meeting, take minutes, record action items and circulate recording and meeting notes.
Send Bi-weekly Track lead newsletter on alternate weeks where meeting doesnt take place
Plan and run monthly Steering & operating Committee meeting with Exec team
Data Quality and Analysis
Reporting & Analytics
Analyse and report on Adoption metrics - Tableau / Data analysis; User activity reports
Analyse and prepare Exec level Reporting - Adoption & Skills, Gap Analysis
Analyse and map learning content to competencies, identify Gaps and work with Biz. to ensure sufficient learning content.
Maintain Learning repository
Audit -> implementation phase of on boarding
Make sure all users are created in system
Ensure all users are mapped with correct jobs
Ensure Jobs are created and mapped with capabilities @ given level.
Product Management Support
4+yrs of relevant work exp in public sector project control and reporting a plus. Exp & comfortable with MS Project Grant charts, Resource mgnt & basic reporting Support project cost&revenue reporting, Invoicing, adjustments Call: Jeevna 9999800249
