Cloud and Network Services
Cloud and Network Services, include the existing Nokia Software business (excluding Mobile Networks network management), Nokia's enterprise solutions, core network solutions including both voice and packet core, and managed and advanced services from its current Global Services unit. This unit will also act as a delivery channel of certain products from other business groups to enterprise customers. Cloud and Network Services will target growth by leveraging the industry transition to cloud-based delivery, network-as-a-service business models, and software-led value creation.
Network performance Management takes end-to-end responsibility for operations and network KPIs Reporting and Monitoring
  • Preferably hands on experience on multivendor Performance Management Reporting & tools (E/// BO, ENIQ ,M2000,Netnumen,Netact)
  • Designing templates/queries to fetch raw data from oss as required
  • Good knowledge in network performance KPIs of Core IMS , 2G , 3G & 4G technologies for multivendor.
  • Excellent Knowledge of RF KPIs, MSS KPIs, MAPA,TRAI/ DoT Reports.
  • Experience on developing scripts/macros/codes for automation of reports and to remove manual intervention.
  • Generation/Validation of reports so as to ensure within SLA delivery 100% accuracy
  • Responsible for Day to Day Deliveries of Performance Reports & lead day-to-day network performance issues/discussions with the customer/ concerned team
  • Audit experience of all formulas related to RF/CS-PS/MPBN, core KPIs.
  • Good knowledge of network elements measurements, counters and formulas related to network performance KPIs for E///,Huawei,ZTE,Nokia for 2G/3G/4G
  • Good knowledge in following IT skills: Microsoft Access, EXCEL, MACRO, VBA, .NET, My SQL & Oracle.
  • Support on case-handling-process-adherence, SLAs tracking, KPIs management/improvement, case-escalations, corrective-actions implementations, tools trainings/issues, knowledge-management & cost-tracking for respective GDMs.
  • Support PM in operational management of the customer SLA fulfilment.
  • Prioritization of cases based on customer requirement.

  • Good communications and interpersonal skills, readiness to work in a dynamic and international environment as well as teamwork capability are all required skills.
  • Self-motivated, Goal Oriented, Proactive and able to execute multi-task independently in a team environment
