This role will be very criticalin setting up the complete B2B and B2C platform marketing strategy andbringing about required digital transformation for the organization. You willwork with our business team and partner them to improve stakeholderengagement. You should have good experience in product marketing with aproject management and a customer service approach. You should also have aclear idea of how digital tools / platforms could add value to businessstrategy and performance. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute tobusiness growth through creating and maintaining long-term vision and strategyin focus. Duties: . Develop and execute integrated marketing strategy,defining goals, measurement framework, and creative direction. . Formulate anddirect the overall platform marketing strategy for all channels, so as toachieve the desired audience reach and targets. . Drive impact on revenue andmarket share growth including customer life cycle management. Buildingmarketing capability, tracking spend and measuring effectiveness of allcampaigns. . Manage a gamut of marketing activities for the platform includingbut not limited to ATL, BTL, digital and social media campaigns and overallcampaign management and optimization based upon data driven strategies. .Accelerating customer acquisition, improving customer retention and optimizingthe user funnel. . Drive end-to-end user lifecycle journey through variousonline and offline acquisition, engagement and retention strategies. . Drivemarket research and new product development. . Monitoring & developing 360degree marketing strategy of the digital platform. Dimensions: . Revenueresponsibility range: Based on AOP . Profitability- As per P&L .
