Job Description

Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
Make travel arrangements/ ticketing (International/National).
Handle requests and queries appropriately.
Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders.
Able to keep Track on Credit Loyalty Cards.
Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.
Good with scripting MOM & effectively communicate amongst team.
Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
Should be presentable and having excellent communication skills.
E xcellent oral and written communication skills with a personable, professional approach. Some Administration experience in preferred
