Job Description

Some of the important job responsibilities would include:
• Manage professional and personal scheduling for MD, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other professional meetings.
• Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executives.
• Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of the filing system and contact database.
• Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.
• Manage communication between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives as and when required.
• Coordinate with other Departments to maintain confidential files and contact information, coordinates meetings, conferences and committees.
• Preparation and analysis of various MIS reports, automation thereof besides presenting the results to the Board on regular basis.
