Create social listening report using free and paid tools
Good understating of google analytics
Good understanding brands/products/services
Understands customer segmentation, behaviour/insights to be able to come up with targeted marketing programs
Strong operational knowledge of publishing content across various social channels•Has worked on social media engagement campaigns and contests
Has operational knowledge of working on social media management tool•Is updated with latest advancements in social media space
Understands how to extract reports from Google analytics
Familiar with basics of SEO
Flair for short form content writing
Should be a good team player
