Oracle HCM Functional - Associate
Key Skills - Oracle HCM, Functional, Global Human Resources, Talent Management, Workforce Management, Payroll.
1) Overall experience of 2 to 6 years.Minimum 4 Yrs. of Relevant Experience in cloud HCM
2) Must have worked in at least 2 to 3 modules from the list - Global Human Resources ,Talent Management,Workforce Management,Payroll
3) The candidate is expected to be able to work independently and as part of a team, being able to demonstrate an ability to develop other colleagues
4) Must have at least 2 full projects experience, through go live.
5) Ability to understand, analyze and solve both explicit and implicit requirements
Candidate must have
• Strong process knowledge in any or all the modules listed above
• Must be able to perform configuration based on the client requirement
• Must have strong knowledge in understanding the gap between the Oracle Product Vs Client Requirement
• Must have strong knowledge in writing the Functional Specifications, Drive the Workshops, Coordinate with client Business leads to finalize the conversion template, Perform Unit & End to End Testing.
• Must have strong communication skills plus coordinate with 3rd Party Vendors to test the integrations.
