Job Description

• 12-15 years of full-time consulting, design and implementation experience in CRM with 5-8 years of experience on Oracle Sales, Service and Marketing cloud
• Should have handled ‘requirement gathering’ to ‘roll out’ cycles for customers in recent years (any verifiable customer reference is added qualification)
• Proven track record of defining an integration strategy and designing application interfaces using OIC and other integration platforms across oracle and non-oracle applications
• Knowledgeable in customer / domain centric processes e.g. Lead to Quote, Quote to Cash, Order Management, Service Management, Products and Pricing Management, Partner Onboarding etc.
• Well conversant with Call Center specific considerations e.g. CTI /ACD integration, Agent Activity Reports etc.
• Experience in building relevant tools and accelerators for expediating implementation
• Well conversant with Web Technology stack (HTML, CSS, JS Frameworks, XML, JSON..)
• Should be knowledgeable in other CX Cloud components including Oracle CPQ Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Subscription Cloud
