Job Description

Position: Operation Support Engineer Level-2 
Timings: Shifts (No night Shifts, should be work for 8 hrs)


Number of vacancies: 10
Job Summary: 

o SureView (video monitoring software)
o Guard Tour Interface (logging remote video tours)
o Outlook (sending internal/external communications)
o interaction (phone call) required with client from India (monitoring needs to be done from India office using software tool to push cases to L2 team seating in USA)
o Must be able to maintain concentration, visual acuity and alertness for long periods of time.
o Requires sitting for long periods of time, telephone conversations and use of electronic mail, and Phone call.
o Job tasks are performed in close physical proximity to other people.
o May assist with other company projects as directed by company leadership team.
Education/Experience:

o Graduation(BA/BSC/BE/BCA/Diploma) with good communication skills and ability to learn software tools (able to work on computers for long hours)
o Freshers/0-2 years’ experience in US call center industry/support job or any candidates who are willingness to work as Operation support engineer
o Job tasks are performed in close physical proximity to other people.
Note: US Customer Service experience is added advantage. ( who can speak, convey message in phone call with US client)
