Job Description

• 10-15 years’ experience of which 5+ years of relevant exp. working in the role of Solution Architect/Senior Functional consultant in Oracle Fusion Cloud projects

• Very good knowledge to independently manage global implementation projects covering Financials in Oracle Fusion Cloud and perform as Solution Architect

• Strong subject matter expertise in all Key Finance Fusion modules (GL/AR/AP/CM/FA/ Tax/Expenses/PPM) etc. and SLA configs, including customizing seeded rules, relationships with SCM modules etc. and with multiple certifications

• Good exposure to at least 1 or 2 special modules of Accounting Hub (AHCS), Risk Management (RMCS), Accounting Foundation (AFCS) is strongly preferred

• Rich experience in designing solutions. Excellent communication and articulation skills. Can explain technical solutions with business flair and get business buy in with excellent documentation skills

• Aware of entire Fusion landscape - all key modules and offerings and their solution fitment to various business process needs

• 3-5 years of domain experience in Manufacturing or Financial sector preferred. Expertise in understanding and designing business processes and discuss with clients

• Can lead, own and deliver all Finance modules, design workable and even complex solutions for client needs, provide demo and get agreements and sign off's

• highly collaborative and operate in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.

• Hands on approach, self-motivated and take initiative to solve problems, automate manual effort and continuously improve while meeting deadlines in a pressure environment

• Has complete project life cycle experience from assessment, requirement gathering, mapping, configuring, designing solutions, testing, training, CRP/UAT and cutover activities

• Strong understanding of Data migration strategy, processes and related challenges. Can guide customer and team in ensuring smooth and correct data migration

• Should have worked on designing several integration or custom solutions, writing detailed solution specifications and validations

• Must design and deliver for RFP solutions. POC's, client demo. and help in business development

• Candidate should have completed minimum 4 life cycle implementation or roll outs of OR Fusion Cloud and fully handled atleast 1-2 complex and large engagement

• Experience in business analysis, process modelling, information models development, use cases etc.

• Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business process, and ability to work in a highly complex and integrated Oracle Applications Environment

• Experience in testing using automated tools is preferred
