Job Description

Financial Results – Profit & Loss
· Accountable for sales across all revenue centres
· Manage customer tracking and revenue activation programs
· Contribute to the creation and own the management of the centralised sales system, servicing state and site sales requirements.
· Ensure harmonious and effective interfaces between centralised function and venues
· Develop and evolve tools and selling materials for all segments
· Recruit and manage high-performing sales team such that sales objectives are achieved
· Develop annual sales budgets and plans
· Own the search for customer and market insights and drive the evolution of the selling system to maintain sales performance target
System & Process Development & Implementation
· Develop simple, fit for purpose systems and structures that support managing the sales functions existing venues while concurrently launching new venues in multiple states
· Important areas include:
· Translating brand into key operations
· Developing tools that enable venues to execute localised plans as well as structures and tools that centrally support venue requirements
Customer Experience
· Own customer engagement design – pre-visit, on site
New Venue Setup
· Create and deliver venue launch plans that deliver on positioning and sales objective
