Work Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Working hours: USA shift timings
Saturday and Sunday fixed off

We are looking for a Lead generation associate with experience ideally in the IT Consultancy services focussing on USA, UK and European markets targeting B2C customers across sectors. The associate will work directly with our Founder and VP of sales to generate leads.

Your tasks will involve:
  • carrying out online research to find companies that can benefit from our service offerings
  • finding the correct person in that company for us to contact
  • develop a strong pipeline of clients among B2C customers in the US/UK/ Europe, targeting sales & retention executives.
  • helping us keep track of who we have previously talked to in a CRM system, and remind us when it is time to contact them again
  • you will be taught how to use various tools such as CRM tools, LinkedIn, business networks and social media

That's all! We are willing to hire someone with little experience of at least 6 months to a year and train them. Past experience with online lead generation and online research are preferred.

  • Self-starter mentality, enthusiastic and proactive attitude (eager to challenge processes and the way to approach them)
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Organized and strong attention to details.
  • Strong common-sense and must be a fast learner.
  • Enjoys networking, connecting people with ideas and projects and spotting potential in various kinds of collaborations
  • A results-driven attitude and good time and project management skills
  • 6 months to 3 years experience in a similar role, working with an agency or doing similar work (in the business development/sales areas)
  • Independent, resilient, organized, eager to learn
  • Knowledge of current IT technologies and online tools
