Job Description

3)You would be the first point of contact to clients and be responsible to send payroll illustrations.
4) Very organised and follow-up on the illustrations sent, ensure smooth client conversions.
5) Would be responsible to collect the onboarding documentation and keep up to date with the legislation changes which affect the onboarding process.
6) Work closely with the payroll processing team and ensure timely payroll process.
7) Would be responsible to draft weekly management reports.
8) Would be required to onboard umbrella employees and CIS workers.
9) Work closely with BDM’s and report on the conversions.
10) Enthusiastic, self -driven and work well as part of the team and this must be reflected in your day to day work.

1)Bachelor’s degree/master’s degree in business, finance, costing or related field.
2)Experience in payroll or related field.
3) Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
4) Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
5) Excellent organizational skills.
6) Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
7) Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM software and PowerPoint.
8) Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
