Job Description

Our Clients are leading Local Indian And Mulinational Company Engaged in Manufacturing of diffrent kind of chemical , Dyes , Pigment , Intermediares , Agro Chemical And Fine Chemical Products.

Education : BE - Diploma in Chemical Engineering -M. Sc - B. Sc with Chemistry

Unit Operation Handled : Bromination, Coustic Fusion, Chlorination, Chlorosulfonation , Crystallization , Distillation , Evaporation, Ethoxylation , Filtration , Fluorination , Hydrolysis , Hydrogenation , Isomerization , Nitration , Polymerization , Reduction , Separation , Sulphonation , etc. Any two Minimum expected.

Planning And organizing production schedules.

Experience in handling of hazardous chemicals, as a Shift Incharge for at least 2 years, Experience in handling equipment like Distillation Column, Pressure Vessels , Reactors, Filters, Scrubbers, Dryers, Pumps Etc.
Exposure to safety systems and norms applicable to the Hazardous Chemical Process Industry.
To achieve budgeted Shift production target as per shift budget / target.
Parameter optimization in shift as per agreed upon quality parameters.
Capacity to understand on going chemical reaction - process.
Overseeing production process and Manpower control.
Capacity to take responsibility to Supervise, Monitor And Operate process independently if necessary.
Effective labour and sub ordinate staff handling ( Good Leadership Quality , Traing And Development Skill will be an added advantage ).
Capacity to participate in controlling emergency situation in Plant , if any arise during the shift working.
Ability to perform mass balance And find out process variance.
Ability to find And track Raw material consumption norms, waste norms.
