Job Description


Join us as Assistant Vice President in the Data Management & Reporting team which is a part of Capital, Data and Analytics (CDA) team within Non-Financial Risk Management (NFR). The NFR organization is the natural evolution of work that Credit Suisse began three years ago to enable consistent oversight across compliance risk and operational risk.
Your responsibilities include:
. Providing the continued development and maintenance of Credit Suisse bank-wide Incidents and Issues Management Systems and Qualitative Metric Inventory ensuring data is for purpose across Incidents/Issues reporting, Qualitative Risk Appetite reporting, Group Top Operational Risk reporting, RCSA and CRA reviews, Scenario planning and Exec Management Reporting
. Facilitating the creation of policy/tool/project documentation and training as well as ownership of the rollout thereof
. Supporting Change related activities in the OpRisk Indicators domain to align to new strategic developments
. Drive key-metrics related projects which are essential for production of Risk Appetite reports for various divisions/legal entities
. Ensure commitments to Regulators is fulfilled with high quality deliverables for the Operational risk metrics related used cases.
