Shift: Rotational – If resource say yes then only share
Location: Bengaluru
Must Have
·Programming/Scripting skills
·Scripting/Automation (Python, Perl, Bash, Shell, RegEx)
·Device Upgrade and Change Management experience
·CCIE / CCNA/CCNP R/S Certification
·CCNP certified or equivalent experience in Route Switch and DC
·Change management and execution experience
·Experience with Cisco platform upgrades and troubleshooting
·Python scripting experience is required
·Strong written and verbal communications to successfully handle customer communications.
Role & Responsibilities:
·Drive resolution of complex Issues reported by customers
·Provide technical inputs to change and release management
·Cross collaborate with other SMEs and cross functional teams
·Putting customer first and ensure complete customer satisfaction during troubleshooting
·Explore the possibility of automation of reoccurring processes.
·Innovate for successful outcomes
Minimum Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s Degree level or equivalent
·Minimum Four year’s experience in similar environment support customers
Expectations:
·Ready to work in 24/7 kind of environment
·Ready to work during weekends at the time of need
