Job Description :
A. Acquiring New Merchant Relationships:1. Acquiring new merchant relationships for the Bank.2. New Acquisition: Acquire new business. Monthly acquisition target ranges from 50 to 60 merchants.3. Plan marketing activities and ensure merchant engagement through smart buy / digital offering.a. Drive market penetration and ensure new merchants come on board. b. Work closely with branches / channels to ensure catchment scoping is done and acquisition is done.4. Ensure right pricing for the different digital products and thus profitability. Growth in fee income.5. Ensure all the digital products are given to the merchant to enhance wallet share.6. Achieve Fee income targets. Ensure rentals and installation fee is collected.B. Portfolio Management:1. Manage the Merchant Acquiring business for the given territory. Job involves the following aspect: a. Portfolio management of the life to date merchants. b. Ensure activation / retention of merchant.c. Grow market share and wallet share.2. Responsible for managing and growing the profitability of the portfolio along with POS Volumes for the merchant sourced in the financial year (new book only).3. Activation and volume from the merchants new acquired in the year.4. Increasing the portfolio volume from Existing/ New Customer.C. Product Penetration:1. Selling of allied up-sell products viz., MPOS / GPRS / DCC / EMI / PayZapp for Business, etc2. Ensure right pricing for the different digital products and thus profitability. Growth in fee income.3. Ensure all the digital products are given to the merchant to enhance wallet share.4. Drive penetration of digital products like Mpos, Digi Pos, pay zapp for Business etcD. Cross-sell Bank Products:1. Cross-selling of Assets and Liabilities to the New Merchant base.2. Crossselling of Assets & Liabilities to the existing portfolio customer.3. Cross sell of Retail Asset products ie LAP, EEG, BBG, Auto Loans , BL, TW, PL, HL etc.4. Close interaction with different verticals of the bank to achieve the goalsE. Team Management:1. Manage and achieve team productivity: Team has 10- 12 FOSo Hire, train and make the FOS team productive.2. MRM has a team of 10 FOS. Manages a volume of 500 cr to 800 crs annually .3. Managing productivity of the Off-roles sales teamF. Branch Engagement & other Cross Functional teams:1. Relationship development with Branch Channel & other channel.2. Engaging HNW RM/PB.3. Joint scoping of Market with Branch/ RM/PB.4. Engaging with other cross functional teams for lead assessment & closure.Skills1. Sales and Influencing Skills2. Communication3.
