    1.Drive operationalization of designed service delivery processes
    2. Ensure stepwise documentation of each process
    3. Ensure timely circulation of guidelines to NHQ and State teams
    4. Manage service delivery process testing
    5. Ensure continuous process improvement in service delivery
    6. Manage deployment of new products delivery PAN India
    7. Identify gaps/issues in the overall process
    8. Devise methodologies for system automation
    9. Ensure effective operationalization of all new service delivery
    processes PAN India
  • Skills & Competencies :
