Position Overview & Summary:
We are looking for a successful Program Manager (PM) to join PMO team in Bangalore, India.
PM is a servant leader to cross-functional teams and the Global Business Unit. The cross-functional teams are globally distributed and tasked to develop & sustain medical products that include electro- mechanical devices, embedded & IOT software and other accessories. The PM facilitates teamwork and mobilizes people and resources across the globe to support our product base that includes NPDs as well as installed base. The role is accountable for project schedules, budget, risk management, and interaction with all functions and levels of management ensuring seamless execution and effective communication.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end Software project/program delivery, including Prioritizing, Scoping, Project plan, schedule, execution/monitoring working Cross-functional teams globally.
  • Lead team core teams to define program strategies and to deliver results per business objectives and requirements.
  • Execute Software projects using Agile/SAFe methodology/alternate methodologies.
  • Be a change agent. Drive agility in organization & demonstrate sense of urgency.
  • Understands and deploys processes to assure conformance to the Baxter Product Development processes and PDLM in an expedited manner.
  • Continuously reviews program progress, proactively identify risks and collaboratively develops and drives risk mitigation efforts.
  • Interact through program updates and reviews with all functions and levels of management, ensuring effective ongoing communications across teams and stakeholders with the highest transparency.
  • Guide teams in decomposing complex work into backlog items enabling effort estimation and effective prioritization
  • Manage several of initiatives and integrate workstreams into a cohesive program
  • Deploy metric based KPIs for project tracking and progress.

Job Experience s & Educational Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7years experience in Software Program Management involving Enterprise, IT, Regulatory, Security, product life cycle and marketing.
  • 4+ years project management experience with demonstrated success leading multi-site, global or enterprise-wide programs in regulated industry.
  • Experience in managing workstreans that include external design and/or service providers and partners.
  • Desired: Strong knowledge Medical Device Product Lifecycle (ISO 13485 and FDA QS Regulation 21 CFR Part 820)
  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent
  • Desired: PMP certification
