Adobe's messaging platform connects customers to chat support. Additionally, it enables customers to self-serve via chatbot automation and be routed to assisted support.
It drives customer success by understanding and automatically resolving customer issues, engaging customers and by providing outstanding assisted support experiences.
Our team is looking for a developer having 1-3 years of work experience to join our team and to work towards strengthening and improving of our services. The candidate should be self motivated, Candidate should also possess excellent interpersonal skills, be methodical in development process and pay close attention to details. If you like to solve sophisticated problems and challenges, that too in a fast paced and dynamic environment, this is phenomenal opportunity for you.
What you'll do and need to succeed
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related having experience in development of Web Services
  • Deep knowledge of web services, databases and experience with web technologies including REST, SOAP, AJAX, WebSockets etc.
  • Good understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLU) concepts
  • Ability to work in a Unified Engineering model
  • Advanced knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Perl, Ruby etc.
  • Experience with different cloud platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure etc.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn new skills proactively, support other team members and work independently
  • Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, communication and presentation skills
  • Work as a part of a dedicated team following agile scrum model
  • Collaborate with product management and partner engineering teams to understand the requirements and independently develop the modules
  • Proficient with emerging industry technologies and trends
