Opening for Bancassurance-
Designation- Relationship Manager
- Responsible to manage relations with Banca partners , specially with bank employee.
- To close the leads provided by Relationship Manager of Bank Partner.
- Meet Customers of the Bank for Lead generated for insurance cross-selling
- Conduct out of office calls as per the defined Sales Activity Management.
- Conduct skilling sessions for bank staff on a regular basis.
- Selling of life insurance products and completing monthly sales target.
- lead will be provided by company.
Opening for Agency Channel
We have opening in Agency channel
- Recruit Agents and Source Business for the Company
- Primary Responsibility is to recruit agents as per plan
- Activate agents on a monthly basis as per given plan
- Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maintained as per the plan
- Understand, Monitor & Development the Agents and ensure that they meet the Career Progression Generate Revenue a Acquire New Customers for Life Division
- Mandatory Attendance at all Meetings & Training Programs as decided from time to time by Management.
- Ensure 2 Joint Calls are made on a daily basis
- Review with Reporting Manager on a Weekly Basis
- Conduct Meetings with reporting Agents on an ongoing basis.
- Comply with all the Policies and Procedures laid down by the Company.
Experience: 3 Years for experience in Agency ChannelLocal candidate preferred
Candidate should be ok with Agency ChannelRequired Candidate profile
- Any Graduation 12+3 diploma can apply.
- Sales Experience (Preferably from Life insurance industry).
- Should be interested in Insurance sales from branch & on field.
- Good Communication skills (Local language).
