Work on high profile Streaming accounts and productsAs a Media Operations Engineer II, you'll solve complex technical issues for our customers. In this strategic role, you'll act as a mentor to the wider team. Through proactively reviewing and mitigating risk, you'll minimize any potential service disruptions for top global internet companies.
As a Media Operations Engineer II, you will be responsible for:
- Providing Operational and technical support on complex Media issues.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Account Management groups to align and prioritize customer-related problems.
- Assessing, creating, and improving processes to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Do what you loveTo be successful in this role you will:
- Have 6 years of technical support experience
- Able to Communicate complex technical content to a wide range of audiences with varying technical abilities
- Have strong experience in HTTP, DNS and Networking
- Able to communicate with audiences that include executives, peers and customer engagements
